Terms of Service

1. Service

Moresq provides a data consensus and AI reliability scoring API ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You receive an API key upon registration. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share your key. If compromised, contact us immediately.

3. Billing

Free tier: 500 resolutions, one-time, no credit card required.

Credits: Purchased credits never expire. All features are included at every tier.

Packs: One-time purchases (€5-€79). Non-refundable once used.

Business subscription: €149/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime — unused resolutions for the current period remain available until the end of the billing cycle.

Pricing: We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Existing credits are not affected by price changes.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the API
  • Resell API access without authorization
  • Send malicious payloads or attempt to overload the Service
  • Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process

5. Data ownership

You own your data. Moresq does not claim any rights over data you send to the API. We process your data solely to provide the Service and discard it after processing (stateless mode).

6. Open-source

The Moresq engine core is available as open-source software (MIT license). The cloud API, dashboard, and managed infrastructure are proprietary services.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is". For Business subscribers, we offer priority support and best-effort SLA.

8. Limitation of liability

Moresq provides data consensus scores and confidence estimates. These are algorithmic outputs, not guarantees of correctness. You are responsible for how you use the results. Moresq is not liable for decisions made based on API outputs.

This is particularly important for medical, financial, or legal use cases — Moresq outputs are informational, not professional advice.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
